About the Office of Performance and Accountability
Annually, City departments report on how well their department is performing using key indicators. This information, which is used to track and evaluate performance, is jointly developed by departments and the Office of Performance and Accountability. View the performance dashboard.
As part of the City of Alexandria's data-driven effort, the City conducts a survey of our residents. This helps the City Government know more about resident's expectations for the City Government as well as how well we are performing for our community. View the resident survey.
The Office of Performance and Accountability collaborates with departments to analyze issues, challenges, and questions through research, data and process analysis; resulting in analysis reports that include findings and recommendations that improve service delivery. View OPA analysis reports.
